Is there a limit on the amount of menus that the menudefs notecard can hold. Seems like when I try to ad just one more item to the menu, I get an error. When I remove it, it's fine. If there is a limit, please someone document it in the Wiki.

I believe you can have up to 12 buttons in a dialog box. I'm not sure what the 'menudefs' notecard is or what product it's associated with, but if adding a line results in the script trying to create more than 12 buttons in a dialog box, then (I think) that will give an error, and (again, I think) that is documented in the scripting Wiki. Again, I don't know what 'menudefs' is.

I didn't know that, either. But I've just found this. :D

OK, 9..I think that's what I was looking for. Sorry, menudefs is the name of my notecard for the menu script. :/

I should have specified that initially. But thanks for replying...now I know. :)

Well, since the menu library script reads all menus into script memory (16 kbytes for code + all data), that might fill up :-(

How many menus (notecard lines, texts) do you have?
