can find script

a while back while browsing the scripting forum, i ran across the script for rippable attachments. i can't seem to find it, can anyone point to it? thanks

edit: nevermind, forgot i had subscribed to it so i would remember it later, i originally tried searching for PERMISSION_ATTACH, but it kept telling me it was too long.
