I need help! *cries*

Ok I bought and animations bracelet and a friend of mine told me that I could take the stuff out of it and put it in another piece of jewelry cause it was moddable well I took them out put them in a folder and made the new piece of jewelry. I tried to move the animations and script back in and now they are stuck in my inventory *cries* Someone please help me out I paid way too much for this to never be able to use it.

It could be that the original object is set to no modify and as a result, you can take stuff out but not put it back in. I'd instant-message the creator of the object for some assistance in fixing it.

Oh, and most people are pretty nice about fixing things if their objects are expensive. My 600 L$ watch has broken and was promptly fixed. Don't worry about it. And welcome to SL.

The original object is mod and I had a friend do the same thing I tried to do and had it work I think I'm just cursed with bad luck with scripted items they break within a week of me having them

So, let me get this straight, you are trying to put the scripts back into the ORIGINAL object? And it is mod enabled? First, you have to be viewing the contents in edit mode before you can edit that object's contents. Right click>Choose Edit>Contents Tab. Then drag the scripts and animations from your inventory into the contents of the object. Or is that what you are doing?

That is exactly what I am doing and it won't work

Sounds like you need to detatch the object before trying to drag contents into it.
