Hello, I'm looking for a basic script that on command enables a person to IM another person. Example: There's a car another person made, let's call him Bob Linden. I want a person to be able to select, in the menu, to contact Bob Linden and I via IM. Is this possible? Also, if it is, could I have a script for it?

There's currently no way to open an IM window through a script. It may be possible to set up a system involving mouselook, a sensor, and a "/<channel>" chatline command to IM an object's owner (but not creator)... but really, using something like that would be much more trouble than simply looking up the person in Find and opening an IM window from there.
