ok so I want to make a prim that rotates, but I don't want the axis to be in the middle of the prim. I want one side to stay at the same point, where the other side moves in a circle. I also want to do something else like this and have the object move on an arc like a door, and last but not least, how about in a square? Is there some form of tutorial? I've looked at the freebie rotating script, but I have no clue how to edit it to reflect the axis being at one end of the prim instead of the middle.

A) The plural of axis is axes.

B) Use a 2nd (invisible) prim that is at the center of the rotation you want, with it's axes oriented the way you need, and then make it the root.
