After combing the LSL Wiki's mentor listing, I concluded that its a little out of date... I was wondering if anyone on here mentors or is willing to mentor. I have a bit of a programming background (several langs, mostly C++/Java) but its been a while since I've programmed much, so I will need to brush up on a few things as well.
Feel free to contact me here, in-world (Cody Hoch), or via email (codyhoch@gmail.com) Thanks folks,
-Cody

Good luck, Cody. One way is to start with a simple project, work on it a bit, and post the results here. You'll get plenty of good advice from a number of people.
Also, there are so many different specialties in scripting, it's best to get a mentor who's familiar with the kinds of applications you're interested in.
