I build objects and am starting to add some animations/scripts to some objects. I've searched for a few days before asking for help, but I may be using the wrong search words. I'd appreciate anyone being able to help
I created an object (pillow) and then created a poseball where the script and animation is attached. I then linked the object to the poseball. Of course, when you click the poseball it works like a charm. But if you click the object, it doesn't. I'd like my poseball to be transparent so that a person can just click the object and sit down.
I'm sure this is an easy step that new builders make when trying to add an animation to something...but I can't seem to find help for this sort of problem.
I do appreciate any help!

you could leave out the poseball and use the pillow as the pose ball

From: Ruthven Willenov you could leave out the poseball and use the pillow as the pose ball This is something I see new (and sometimes old) users being unclear on.. A poseball is nothing but a visual cue - it's just a prim with a certain size & shape that people have come to recognise as something that means "you can sit here." There's no requirement for it to actually be a .25 sphere - any prim can be made sittable.

Thanks for the help everyone! I really appreciate it!
I have tried adding the script and the animation to the object, but I can't seem to get my avie in the right position, so I thought I'd make a transparent poseball so it's easily positioned to where I need it and then just link the two...but I digress. lol
I will try a couple of these solutions posted here. Thanks again!
