Can someone help me understand what's happening here? One of my customers is getting this error (I haven't managed to get him to describe what he's doing that triggers it; we don't seem to be on at the same time), but I'm not sure what it's saying at all.

object [script:my script]: Script run-time error object [script:my script]: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at LindenLab.SecondLife.LslUserScript.OnEvent (ScriptEvent evt) [0x00000] at LindenLab.SecondLife.Script.Run (ScriptEvent evt) [0x00000]

Hi Jack! That is a Mono error. It is supposed to never happen. I hope you can find out how to make it happen!

yes, if you have steps to reproduce it, please, by all means share it (or better post it to the jira)

Well, I provided my customer with a replacement, and from his silence I presume the error has not reappeared. So it looks like a one-off. The item is no-transfer, so I can't get it back to examine. Thanks for enlightening me, guys.

If the customer is still seeing the issue on the old object and is willing, it might be worth poking Babbage Linden and hooking those two up... Lindenz get this really neat command called "Take Ownership of Object."
