im geting a debug error on my animation control when it gets a message dead threw link messages it starts the animation dead and if it gets the message alive it stops the animation, when dead is first trigged it gets no erros only when i stop the animation default { state_entry() { llRequestPermissions(llGetOwner(), PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION); } on_rez(integer start) { llResetScript(); } link_message(integer source, integer num, string str, key id) { if(str == "dead") { llStartAnimation("dead"); } else if(str == "alive") { llStopAnimation("dead"); } } run_time_permissions(integer perm) { if (perm & PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION) { llSay(0,"Animations Loaded"); } } }

Script trying to stop animations but PERMISSION_TRIGGER_ANIMATION permission not set

LL is running more then kind of wonky tonight. I just tried your script in world. Changed link_message to a listen event and it worked just fine. Saying "dead" played the anim I had in the prim and saying "alive" stopped it.

i check with a few of my other animation stop script and they work fine, just real odd
