can you make a object outside the game using another building programm and then import the finial object into the game. just wondering if it can be done  |

Nope. You will need to learn the building tools in game. If your already used to another program, they ought to be very easy to learn. You can make textures and animations outside and upload to use in world, but the actual objects have to be made with the built in tools.
