A while back I wrote a small anti push script. No big deal but it would not work where I needed it the most. The area I need it in is crowded, people rezzing in all the time and getting pushed off to the side is pretty much expected. The land owner has the scripts option turned off. Lately I've noticed someone who had anti push device that worked in this no script area. I recently purchased an animal AV with scripted actions and scripted calls to animations that also works.
So my question is how are these scripts able to funtion in a no script area?

I heard recently that scripts started outside a no-script area may continue to run, but only certain library calls will work. Don't know the exact details, and I haven't played with it since I avoid no-script areas like the plague. ;-)

I've noticed that also. The Skoopf rollerskates act in that way. if put them on before entering the no script area then they work fine. When I put my scripted AV on in this no script area all the scripts work. The HUD doesn't work but all the funtions are there through a chat channel.
Same scenario with an anti push device. works fine when worn after I've entered the area.
