I depends. If you have a file on your computer and want to show it in the gallery you can use used the "Manage Attachments" feature.  You can also use Cristiano Midnight's Snapzilla to save and display SL screenshots at pictures at. This will give you a version sized to fit in the forums here. Snapzilla is at Snapzilla.com. There are complete directions there.

Converting screenshot textures in-game to a file on your PC is pretty hard, so I just end up slapping it on a prim, taking a high-rez screenshot, and crop it in your editor of choice. IM me in game and I'll help you through the process.
