Desert steampunk ?

I've just been around Splintered Rock, my first impression was desert and industrial steampunk. Look a bit deeper and you find rock tunnels and buildings to look around. It's a Dune roleplay region, but they welcome many kinds of roleplayers. If you want a different scenario then look around Splintered Rock, talk to you Vooper Werribee about your group using it. I've been a few times, next time I'll try the Fremen or spice miner roleplay.
