SteveR Whiplash has introduced BRIX to SL. What are BRIX, exactly? According to him:

Brix are classic building blocks (58 unique parts!) with automatic, snap-together goodness.

They may be reminiscent of a favorite childhood toy that you can't let go of! Public play centers are going to be put in the sandboxes by yours truely (moi!), so you can go ahead and start pressing buttons!

And if you'd like more info, just read this blog entry of mine or you can go ahead and IM SteveR with any questions you might have!

Yay! That looks really good.

But I think it would be a good idea if I don't get within 10 feet of those, or I'll never stop.

It's like God playing with ABC blocks instead of creating life and shaping events. I'm sure I have the willpower to avoid Brixlaying when I can do so much better with priminations.

I should build my working lego forklift, it could pickup 4 battery packs at the same time and move them. Course it was very slow moving, i think it had a lifting gear ratio of 600 to 1.

Mah brixes!

Bought some ^_^ turns out a friend of a friend invented them

(Such is the way of all SL society I suppose.. but it's always interesting to see a familliar name inventing soemthing awesome.)

He also invented the SLegway scooter... Which ironicly, is similar to my last build on the TG that I never finished building. His is better than mine ever would have been D: But that's ok. I'm lazy, and I dont bother scritpting my inventions ^o^

Now I'm not much of a consumer, becuase I often build everyhting I want and need myself, but these were a decent enough deal, so i went ahead and bought them on impulse... I'm gunna go give them a try ^__^

w00t so much fun... Armath started building BLOO—er I forget his full name, Armath type it here!—and this is what we came up with. Well, during the period of digital deterioration aka "sandbox wipe". I just helped, hehehe... so much fun!!!
