there is no joy in silence

Alot of the fun of posting screen shots and having little humorous anecdotes to go along with them comes from having other people comment and talk about them.

I understand the desire to prevent trolling... but preventing *all* discussion has gone too far in the other direction. We now have a forum here that should be vibrant and fun and silly for everyone. And instead it is a dry and lifeless caricature of what it ought to be.

There is no reason to come back to this forum in its current state. This could have been so much more for many of us who *really* do take alot of pictures in SL. I have literally thousands at this point. I don't see much point in sharing them when no one is allowed to smile, or laugh, or reminisce.

As such the earlier post of mine which was the first picture I was able to post here, will also be the last.
