Hi tor :D, toast and nylon were hosting an in-world drawing session, but the dynamics of it and people's availability became difficult, so they brought it on here. You should check out the past ones -- some fun stuff. I think that the sketches are all just residing here on the forums, rather than anywhere in world.

Awww all of the art looks soo cool! I totally love the retro feel of this whole segment. Makes me think of those good ol Arthur Rankin Jr claymation classics. Very neat! Thanks for the eye candy, all. :D

Id love to display any of this amazing art in my museum at Montmartre ! Anyone wishing to have their art displayed send me a copy or an IM, there are many, many amazing beautiful original art pieces already hanging in the museum from SL members.

Lo - I like how yours looks like a fashion illustration, and how you highlighted the hair against the white, its simple and has a bold impact on the eye.

Steve - Great landscape, it reminds me of something you'd see in a postcard, but with the pigs being in the corner its a bit of an odd twist and makes it more interesting.

forseti - In your first image, i think having colors underneath sort of take away from the lined figures, i would have liked to see this with just the sketch. Your second image is MUCH better in my opinion, i love the style its drawn it, i think its a more cleaned and understandable version of the style in your first entry. The background really adds to it as well matching the shading of the figure, it makes the girl in the center really pop off the screen. Its lovely.

Chloris - I wish you'd stuck with the airbrush or the pixel brush for the medium of the lines, its kinda confusing like its two seperate drawings. Its really adorable though, im glad you did the snowangel one.

i completely agree. I actually rather hate the first one, and almost deleted it, but decided to just do something that made me happier... hence a second one. Glad you liked it. :)
