Mary Edison's start on a Vernian/Victorian airship.

I especially love the tinwork textures on the ceiling and the fabulous little gas lamps. :D

This is fucking amazing. Pity that we cant use more than 31 prims for vehicles, or indeed link together more than 255 prims for nonphys vehicles...

You should be sleeping, I should be sleeping... and in our dreams we can see airships like this.

I've flown around on a few 31-prim pirate airships and whatnot, but unfortunately, because of those limitations, they tend to appear a bit crude and overextended. Still fun, but you wish for more. You dream for more.

Zzz.

OMG! :D :D :D :D

This is what I have dreamed about since I started SL.

I hope it actually moves when it is finished.

Please keep me updated on the progress!

The only way something that primmy will ever move is if you use a massive rezzing script and lots of temp-on-rez prims that only appear when it's stopped.
Vehicles with real physics can only use 31 prims.
Vehicles with non-physical movement can use 255 prims.
Unless you use following scripts, which is unelegant...

Or by using hinges Eggy.
I've seen it work.
Didn't cross borders very often succesfully but it was very cool.
