The Files Required are in the attached zip file if ya fancy a purple theme! You have to go into the program files,secondlife folder,app_settings and replace the original files with the ones in the zip file!  Its been tested and works but it makes some changes to the files, back-up please back-up ur original files ^^ So whats in it a funky purple pie menu, drop down menus u can see thru changes to the buttons at the bottom! The FIND button is back Yay! Im currently working on extra HUD attachment points, and other resolutions to select from the new snapshot menu , also attempting to play with the fonts will let ya have the files as i try them out , good luck. wasnt there someone working on a small program to let you change secondlife .ini file to set various colors ect easy & preview it , then save, awhile ago?

Latest Update for Purple Theme UI ! Hello peeps been tweaking and have version 2 of the UI theme Ready for your pleasure. Ok whats new - toned down the purple buttons a bit Button Toolbar is now completely see thru Close and Minimize widgets now match the colour theme SnapShot Function Now has Extra DropDown Option for supersize snaps ^^ Colour Picker Now defaults to apply imediately when applying colour to textures etc. And Included a Set of Fonts (optional) which can replace the default UI fonts These of course go in the secondlife fonts folder,Not the app_settings folder. AND i re-iterate BACK UP YOUR original files Otherwise enjoy! Huggs Kirsten OOo almost forgot the fonts are slightly larger than standard so the scale UI slider at 0.9 works best |

yus and several of the other XML files, and the fonts of course after the 1.11.1 update the client will revert to its original settings and the modded files would have to be reapplied currently im looking at the default uuid's and customising buttons and other widgets also turning my attention to the top bar menu to customise that further Some of the floater options aswell But as with most things it takes time and alot of logins to check results Its also wise to be careful when modding the colors_base.xml file as opposed to the colors.xml file as i found to my dismay when i broke the client a few times. hehe |
