Copyright? No. One could argue that she's infringing the trademark of Playboy, but if she's not making any significant profit from the misuse of their name, the lawyers probably won't care. Then again, look at how Nintendo defended their trademark when a Suicide Girl merely mentioned one of their products, and you'll see how rabid IP lawyers can get.

well if you are worried about copyrights and the Playboy thing...I don't think she's claiming to be in the magazine. Isn't there a 'Playboy Club' or something like that in SL? And if a member of their model group, then that's what she means. I'm only guessing because I'm bored and on the boards.
