The other day I was fishing and something HUGE grabbed my line! After a mighty struggle I reeled it in and it was a big black mean whale. He was quite pissed at being caught but when he tried to eat me there was something lodged in his throat. I gave him the heimlich (being naturally a nice person) and out popped half a ship he had eaten. He was so happy to have that out that he agreed to let me live inside him. I know it sounds weird but that's what he said.

This is a work in progress I finally found land for. Stop by and visit anytime at Healy (66,175). If he balks tell him Dizzy sent you!!

in the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, (the book, not the movie) a whale materialized out of thin air and left a decent sized crater before it could come to terms with its new found existence.

I would name it "Monstro" from a well-known classic.

Damnit Dizzy, do you have a penchant for the whimsy in the everyday or is that av of Amelie just a coincidence?

p.s. what's his name?

He said his name is unpronounceable by my Hu-Man mouth but to call him Maury.

lol Well, it's one of my favorite all time movies and my best friend calls me the Evil Amelie. AND if that's not enough I look a little like her on my best days. Oh yes I have a throbbing penchant for whimsy. Usually I get "zany" but whimsy sounds better.

THANKS FOR ALL THE NICE WORDS!!!

I've nicknamed Maury "Mr. Oral" just because I like that name, too!

Dizzy I think we'll be getting along really well. :D

Excellent work Dizzy, the whimzical is what makes me enjoy SL the most.

The whale did make it into the movie as well.
"Oh no, not again..." was actually the bowl of petunias.

/me will now have to go off and make a (broken) bowl of petunias if someone doesn't beat me to it.

He gets lots of cables but they are for hanging him from the balloons. They break all the time ((whispering)) because of his weight problem.

If anyone has a fun video stream let me know. I want to project cartoons on his uvula or something.

It's been a long time since I read the books, must do that again soon, but I seem to recall the whale and petunias were actually improbably transformed missiles that were fired at the Heart of Gold. Might be remembering that part wrong, though. Someone beat me with a Guide if I am.

No beating for you (today).

"They would appear," Ford said doubtfully, "to have turned into a bowl of petunias and a very surprised-looking whale..."

"At an improbability factor," cut in Eddie, who hadn't changed a bit, "of eight million, seven hundred and sixty-seven thousand, one hundred and twenty-eight to one against."

Maybe there's an air freshener "tree" hanging from his uvula? :D
