How can I get Pic I have in my Invetory down to my Pc?

open the image from your inventory, then from the top menu select File, then save texture as..

If you have full permissions on the picture, open it. Once it is open and showing on your screen, go to File, Save Texture As...
If you do not have full permissions, you cannot save it.

When that window opens, if Modify, Copy , and Resell/GiveAway (Transfer) are all checked, it is full perms. If any one of those is not checked, it is not full-perms, and you cannot save it to your pc.
