I know it's been done before, but I've started playing around with stereoscopic imagery in SL and came up with this one shot at the Lost Gardens of Apollo.

In case you're not familiar with stereoscopic imagery, these two images above are taken from slightly different positions. If you look at the spot between them and relax your eye focus the images will appear to move closer to each other. The more you relax, the more the images overlap. At some point they will overlap completely, and what results is a middle image with 3d-like depth.
With the new snapshot features introduced today allowing you to freeze your surroundings before snapping your photo it should be much easier to produce stereo images containing objects moving too fast to appear well otherwise. That's the next test.
