It's in New Babbage; the sim is called Vernian Sea. The whole Vernian Sea area is absolutely fantastic. I really have to do a proper photography session there, and perhaps some video.
I hope you went underwater, too, because that's where a lot of the building is... it is still being modified as well. The whole region was raised recently so that there is a good hundred metres from sea level to zero height, specifically to allow for underwater builds.
