help downloading saved pics from SL

I posted this in Hotline to Linden but alas, I still have not gotten a response. I normally try not to double post but I am seeing no other choice so forgive me for the redundancy.

I know I'm a total noob, so if this isn't the correct place to post this, just move it or delete it and I'll try to figure out where to post it somewhere else.

My question is about some snapshots I took last night and saved as textures. They are in my photo album folder now. I know I could have saved them to disk, but I wanted them online also. Is there a way, (I've got them saved as textures/snapshots) to download them to my HD for use as desktops and such? Also to be able to edit them?

Open the snapshot and go to file at the top of the screen and hit "save texture as" and hotline to the lindens is really for things only a lindens can answer not for general questions another forum member might know

Double-click the picture in your photo album, then select "Save Texture As..." from the File menu. That's it! After you save the image (Targa format only) you can edit them in the paint program of your choice.

Ack! Maeve, you beat me to it. That's what I get for opening all the threads to read at once instead of going through them one by one.
