So you went to Edit Avatar from Quick Links at top of page and uploaded it there and it still doesn't show by your name? And it does show in the box in Edit Avatar?
Did you use the correct size piccie?
EDIT: OK. That pic in profile on the right of page is different than the avatar pic that shows under your name. Go to Quick Links above and select Edit Avatar and follow the instructions to upload from there.
