Bloom test in SL, big diffrence? yes

Still dont really see anyone in SL use this much in places, its still so dark at night , not much light or bright prims (makes a nice bloom effect in sl)

This effect is not recommended on radeon's 9800 or lower it seems to have a bug with centering cam oddness, probably bugged in jira mess somewhere.
