Ratrods!!! Those are pretty sweet, and the tire textures are the best!

Now for your question... Um, I'm afraid at the moment: Nowhere.
It's visually finished and drives lovely, there's still marginals things to add, like switching the blower on/off, some particle effects etc.
I planned to put it up for sale along with a few other cars and bikes, but that's going to be a while, a month or two minimum since I'm heavily bound by RL things at the moment.

You can try and IM me in-world though, once it's finished I'll be happy to sell it

Sam, I've seen this car before and it is beautiful. While it's cool to see nicely made cars(like above) that run, I enjoy all of the little details of a vehicle. Which makes the car eye candy and nothing more. Your car is awesome. Keep up the good work!
