Hi all,
I'm currently developing a sim loosly based on Brighton, UK. I have a row of small properties right on the seafront that I eventually intend to rent out.
In the meantime, I'd be more than happy for any SL artists / photographers to use the spaces to display their work for free. It would have to be with the understanding that when they are rented out, you would have to move (or you could rent it yourself, of course!).
Currently, there are only four rules:
1) Don't make a mess.
2) Don't upset anyone - be cool.
3) No camping chairs or similar.
4) No billboards or other forms of excessive advertising.
