Apologies for the quality of the shot. Was walking by the rifle range and managed to spot this critter. It ducked out of sight and swam away before I'd gotten as far as a clear view. Where does it come from? Ahern doesn't even have an 'escape' waterway. Could it be from a future void north of Ahern? Outer space? Or someplace else? -Psyra, tabloid photographer-

I had a very close encounter with the critter at last. With that encounter came the quote that this so-far unnamed creature, dubbed the 'Lindensaurus', is preparing to offer an ultimate sea-themed contest with the grand prize of a pirate's ransom worth... 30,000 lindens! But okie, for now, enough fooling around. Serious piccage time.

Hahaha... that's hilarious, Psyra. Living near some sea monsters myself, I like how you wrapped this in a theme of intrigue and then followed up on it -- so we aren't left hanging like *cough cough* certain tabloids! Hahaha.
There's also a certain sea monster hanging out on the North end of Lady Dawson's Island in Miru... and it (she?) is hungry for blood.

Ahhh, but does she wander around, engage passing sailing ships' crews in idle conversation*, beg for fish handouts, and then (sometimes) toss a few gold bullion into the boat in appreciation? ^_^ * - I am still pondering whether to make a complex gesture system for this critter to express emotions and such, or just go with voice. So far, the idear of a gesture system sounds like a lot more fun.
