Setting up my new home/shop in Eldora, using every technique and dirty trick I've learned in my time in SL. Thought enough of it to share a couple of screenshots; I'll make an actual announcement of the store itself tomorrow but right now I just wanna show off the place.
Anyway, a weird green crystal meteor crashed into the snow. Finding it full of potent mystical essence, I immediately set about manipulating it geomantically, solidifying it into a hovering "island" of crystal. Then I stuck a bunch of stone on it. It seems to be holding up under the weight quite nicely.
