Freezing torso?

I used qAvimator to make an animation this morning, and adjusted the hip position to 0.1 so the hips will freeze. After uploading the animation, setting priority 4, loop, and in and out% to 100, my torso and head still move as I move my mouse. Is there a way I can keep my torso from moving?

Your animation only controls body parts that you actually set keyframes on. So you nudged the hips a bit to freeze them, now you have to do the same to the torso.

I nudged the position of the hips as I saw in a tutorial, but when I click on the abdomen or chest there is no option to adjust the position of them, it's greyed out.

Nudge the rotation.
