If I have an animation playing at a priority of 3. and every joint is adjusted on it, then start walking walking which is a level 2. Should I be able to see the 2 while the 3 is playing? I thought the priority 3 should override the 2.

The priority 3 animation should completely block out the priority 2 animation. This sounds like it might just be an issue with locking the joints. It's slightly misleading when people say you just have to move all the body parts in order to lock them, they must move between frames 1 and 2 specifically. If theres no movement between these two frames the joints wont be locked, even if you have movement later in the animation.

by frames 1 and 2 are you including the reference frame? or are these the two after the reference frame? Even a single frame still pose has this problem.

Either way my test animation is only 4 frames in the BVH file. The first frame being the reference frame the default T-Pose. Frame 2 and 4 have the joints in the legs adjusted in one position while frame 3 has them adjusted in another. When uploaded as a Priority 3 and looped they do not over ride the default walking animation. This is if the Level 3 is played first then the default animations which are walk-0 and walk_adjust-2 are played after. Even if they are played after they should not show thru.
