How do you add graphics to animations

I created 2 animations that interact with each other... want to make something actually change ingame though. can anyone help me?

Okay, this is a pretty vague question. I'm going to make some broad assumptions and answer based on them, but because your question is so vague I may be telling you something completely different than what you need to know.

It sounds like what you want to do is a two-person interaction, where two avs have their animations synched together. That requires an animation controller of synched poseballs or an animation attachment or something. Refer to my store for what I'm talking about; that's what I focus on.

As for your actual question though, note that it is a much more basic question than your first bit would indicate. Just applying an animation to an avatar requires that you upload it. Use 'Upload Animation' under the File menu. Before you can worry about synching multiple animations, obviously you first have to know how to get animations into SL.
