Ok, well I am having some problems with uploading poses/animations. My computer can't read .BVH files. And I can't really preview it. When i tell it to play the body parts move but they are all scrunched together like a meat ball. And I can't see how it would work one a SL character. I tried using it without the preview and its cutting a chunk of money out of my loot. And I want to know if someone could tell me how I can could get my computer to read .BVH files. Thanks for all that help.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say your computer cannot read BVH files. They are just text. Technically speaking, EVERY computer ever made can read them. Open one up with anyu text editor (Notepad, Wordpad, etc.) and you'll see what I mean. Knowing what to do with the text they contain, on the other hand, is the job of the animation software.
As far as your scrunched limbs problem goes, I've never heard of that problem but if I had to guess, I would suggest 2 possible causes. One would be not allowing Poser to scale when it exports the BVH. This is an unlikely culpret since it usually results in SL not understanding the file at all, but it's a possibility. The second possibility I can think of is perhaps you are not using the correct Poser models when you create your animations. Make sure you are using Poser 2 default models. Hope that helps. Good luck. ![]() _____________________

Sounds like you are hitting the same bug as Sensual.. Kelly Linden says in this thread to use a quiet sim for uploading.
I've been working on anims today and not had any problems, but the sim I was in was empty apart from me so maybe that will fix it for you too. _____________________
