Avimator not workin..

so i went and got Avimator for free and made a cool animation but it dident upload.. and all my friends who make anims can upload just fine with no errors but every single one i make has an error, somthing like " failure to initialize " or somthing.. any other free programs out there ppl know of hat i can use for SL? or a simple way to fix avimator? thanks.

Get http://qavimator.org/ download latest version and save your animation as .avm file, to keep all keyframes, then save again as .bvh file. SL only accepts bvh, but it trashes all keyframes, makes it harder to work on it later.

No Qavimator links are working for me keep getiing page cannot be displayed. The copy I have keeps getting the Microsoft has encountered a major problem sorry for the inconvience when trying to save the anim any help would be deeply appreciated.

Sheesh.. why not help with the actual issue? If he uses any program it will give him the same thing.

You need to have keyframe 1 as the default pose (meaning do NOT move anything) then move everything you want to animate in keyframe 2.

Luth did what you said, I got one animation saved then it began giving me the encountered a problem no matter if I followed the advise, couldn't even save the default pose or any after. :-( thanks for the help though.

got the new version, from Ohforfs effort and though I haven't ran a full anim yet it didn't crash, yeah! Thank-you all :-)
