Sorry for another question..
I've just uploaded a static pose where the av is slightly bent forward, reach back with both hands on the cheeks of their bum. It's two frames, where the first frame is the T pose and the second is the pose I've made. I have broken the spline in F2 and when I upload, I make the ease in and out both 0 and make the priority 4. I have tried making the hands both relaxed and spread.
The problem is - it's kind of playing an animation where the arms move slightly up and down at the back. Does anyone have any ideas about what I'm missing?
TIA

The priority is not the only thing to watch out for when you want to make the pose still. You also have to make sure to move every joint in the body; the way sl works is that any joints which you don't move have the default animation applied. In other words, in your animation tool make sure to go through every single joint and move it a little. In your case, I'm guessing you haven't touched the clavicles.

Bingo!!! Funny how the more you learn, the more you forget the simple things from the very beginning. Thanks so much.
