Parts moving when they aren't suppose to

First off I'm using Qavimator, and this is not a priority issue.

The problem I have is i have a sitting animation for a customer.. however during the pauses for certain body parts they tilt downwards... head sinks downward and arm sinks into the leg. They are not animated at all during this portion of the animation, and the values are equal on both ends of the pose.

I can't figure out why they have this sinking effect, and adding keyframes in between with equal values seems to have no effect.

Anyone familiar with this?

I have a suspicion that animation visualization is slightly broken. I ran a simple script that called one of SL's default emote animations affecting only the face. When I stopped the emote using "stop all animations", my avatar bent over like a paper clip. This happened repeatedly.

This may be the same issue reported in http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-996
which is marked "fix pending".
