Uppercut animation

I spotted a boxing animation thread about a few months ago, and I was wondering if there anyone has made either an uppercut animation or a haryuken type move. I'm working on a replica of the Elite energy sword, which is more of a giant plasma punch dagger, from a certain Xbox game and would like to imitate the thrusting action, which resembles an uppercut.
