one arm animation

I'm tring to make a thumb sucking animation, how do I make it animate the right hand only and not the whole body, I'm using, avmotion the only free one I know works.

1. Prepare 30 frames (default).
2. Don't touch any parts at the first frame and let it posture what you like at the second frame by moving just a right shoulder, a right forearm, and a right hand.
3. Move those three parts 1 degree at the last 30th frame.

4. Set the priority to 4.
5. Set Hand Pose to "Right Fist".
6. Set the both Ease IN and OUT to 1.0 sec.

It is supposed to be the followings. You didn't give us any information of time schedule.

Moves its right hand in 1 sec.

Keeps it for 1 sec.

Releases it in 1 sec.
