Poser 5.

I have read the tutorials and still don't get a few things. When I start I use the default poser position created for SL (via the tutorial). I go to keyframe 10, click +, make my movement. All is well.

I then go down to keyframe 20, hit +, and I notice there is a small jerk at keyframe 11. Why does it do that? Sometimes it's a small jerk, sometimes it makes the guys arms fly up in the sky and come back down before keyframe 20.

Am I doing something wrong, if so, could someone please give some advice.

Also, is there a hotkey or option to mirror movements? Both arms at the same time?

I unchecked stop skip frame in menu. It seems to have stopped, not sure why.

Hopefully you left the 1st frame default then moved everything in frame two.

As for the arm weirdness:

The graph window is profoundly powerful. Poser uses a spline to create movement between keyframes. Sometimes the spline can create unwanted, exaggerated movements in the intermediate frames. The best way to fix that is to go into the graph and click on break the spline button.

I don't think that Poser allows you to control parts with mirror movement in real time. But you can move one side parts in advance, then you can copy them to another side. Use "Symmetry" where is under the pull-down "Figure" menu. It is also described on the animation guide.
