Help me! My feet are glued to the floor!

Actually what I'm referring to is the default setting in poser that keeps the figures feet on the floor when you move another element such as the hips. While this is very useful while the figure is standing I'd like to turn it off to make it easier to animate non-standing poses.

The problem is I don't know what the feature is called to look up help on it or turn it off. So any help would be appreciated to get my feet off the ground.

The feature is called Inverse Kinematics. You can turn if off in the Figure menu. Try using it for a while though, IK is often very useful, especially for anything where the feet touch the ground. Use the translate tool to move the feet around and the rest of the leg will bend as needed to make those foot movements.

Thanks for the help! I actually found a post that referred to it after I posted but I'm sure someone will find this useful as well.

Yes it is very useful when a figure is standing but a real pain in the behind when your figure is crouching and you are just trying to get her knees out of the floor.
