Is there a program out there that will mirror my BVH files across a particular axis?
I use QAvimator and it will not do it. Doing it manually is a pain in the bahunkas.
I would like to make some of my animations left-handed for instance.

I don't know any utilities that will mirror an entire bvh file, but Poser allows you to mirror a single pose. You can either change left/right symmetry completely or select to change the arms or the legs or to make the left the same as the right or vice versa.

BVH files are just text files, so you could conceivably write a script that mirrors an animation across its X axis. Or if you're working in Maya, a MEL or Python script.
