Apologies! I receive many emails asking where to buy my animations but I rarely have time to reply.
I sold my land in Seefeld and am currently working as part of a nonprofit cooperative to create a themed self-ruled sim called Neualtenburg. We're in the process of zoning the land, terraforming, and upgrading the structures to prepare for sales. Once that's complete, my Werkstatt will go up again in the new sim and the animations will be for sale. If I had to set a date, I'd say the 21st or 28th of May would be a good bet. My Werkstatt is back up on the 28th of May as promised. Whew!
You can find my wares by either searching for "Ulrikas Werkstatt" using "Find" or by heading out to Neualtenburg 217,202. The address on my home is 2000 Kendrastraße. You can't miss it (picture included below). ![]() I've also made everything in my Werkstatt free, with the exception of the ever-popular Neo and Trinity animations. configuring matrix pack

After reading the post about the matrix pack I flew over to "Ulrikas Werkstatt" and purchased both the Trinity and Neo packs and left a tip. I went straight to the sandbox to try it out. Reading the instructions it looks like I have to load this as a new gesture instead of in my overrider. Can this be used in the overrider at all? I like it because as a newbie getting use to all of this, it is easier to use. Problem is it doesnt seem to recognize the animation when it is time to use it. When trying to load it as a gesture, just like the provided snapshot that comes in the pack, I open the new gesture screen, select animation (ie Neo Takes Flight) then go to find it and all of Ulrikas animations are not found in my inventory. Although I can see it, and if I double click on it I can try it out locally or in world. So I know its there and it works. Why is gesture not picking up that I have any of these animations in my inventory? And is there a way for me to also use these in my overrider?
I also asked the assistance of another animator who has experience with this and cannot understand what is wrong with my setup and suggested I ask Ulrika. The version pack I purchased said its 2004. Could there be a newer version to work with the latest version of SL? |

If you could do a little research on it and post the solution here if you find it, I'll fix the permissions and send you new copies when I get back from vacation. The animations work fine in overriders - or at least my WetIkon-derived one. However, the animations aren't all equally great in them - I use the "Neo Taking Off" as a crouch animation (to use before flying, when I'm in a fancy mood), and I have a script that uses the "Neo bullet Block" as part of a shield but it fires kind of sporadically. ![]() If you know of any way I can update or add to the animations to help work with the overriders, just let me know. I did have some problems with dragging it into the WetIkon, but those got resolved when I took it off. However, I'm able to drag-and-drop other anims into the WetIkon while it's still worn. I think this too is a perm problem. |

Ok I have the other version overrider for one, the one called "Anim". I also have the WETIKON but stopped using it when i couldnt get it to work with other animations and could get the ANIM to work. I will try it again with the WETIKON version to see if this resolves the issue with the Neo and Trinity animations. Thankyou to both Bond Harrington and Aliasi Stonebender for your helpful suggestions. I will try the other version and add it on the ground

Cinfull, I so got frustrated at the WetIkon I threw it away the first time I had it, since nothing worked right with it. I've since fell in love with it, after discovering my problem was not reseting the AO. "/ao reset" is your friend.

Yeah, I was very confused at first too, the "/ao reset" thing wasn't obvious enough for me. (I'm not sure if it's stated clearly enough in the otherwise-excellent manual, either.) I kept running to Fran and shouting "WHY THE HECK ISN'T THIS WORKING??!" LOL. I've since learned though that often, when scripts don't work right, recompiling the works can make a big difference.
