So I managed to get 1 animation to export. Thats about it. I forgot to save that file as a poser file to see what I did right. Been trying to export other Animations but keep getting "Cant Get Rotation Order" messages. All keyframes in other animations are set using the Default T-Pose in 1st, 2nd, and Last Frames. In-Between frames are set to Linear. Even tried constant & still no luck! So what am I doing wrong here???

1. Are you using the proper figure on your poser?
2. Have you succeeded to export some files before? If no, did you update your Poser with the latest patch? I'm not sure if the old Poser 5 had any bugs, but the latest patched one would be safty.
3. Did you select "Scale automatically" when you export it into bvh?

1. Yes. The Poser 2 casual man.

2. Yes. Managed to export 1 before.

3. I think. Will check again.

It would be better for you if you downloaded the SL poser figure here
