I have an idea for an animated object ... and I have the animation but not sure how to use it in a prim......do I need a script of some sort? It's a dance....and without giving away my creation.....I need to set the dance in a platform of sorts. I can make my object easily enough.....just don't know how to make the animation work properly. ????

Yes Milla, you need a script, and there are many in the scripting library section of the forums you can use for a single animation (search "poseball";).

If you want multiple animations, like in pole or table dance objects, maybe you'll have to modify one to allow the user to change animations?

You don't actually need use use a poseball, you just need a poseball script, the entire object can be the "poseball"... Oh, but you'll have to change it to not make the prim dissappear like poseballs normally do! ;)

Great....thank you! I sort of knew what I needed to do.... just not the right resources to get what I need. You definitely answered my question.
