HUDDLEZ EZ Animator not working....help

I recently purchased a HUDDLES EZ Animator Basic, after adding additional animation the animator will not work. Can anyone help me with this?

You might want to be more specific as to what is actually happening.
I'm having problems with Huddlez taking too long to load. If you are using notecards, make sure you spelled the animations correctly.
