Animation can't be used?

I bought two animations, one is a male walk, the other is a pre-leap animation. I'm curious about the following:
1) Can I replace my existing walk with this less flaky walk?
2)Why is the pre-leap walk the only animation that doesn't show up in my gesture list of animations? Other animations I've gotten show up there as choices to tag to a key, yet this one is not? Anything I should check to figure out why?

1. Get an animation override. This is used to override the default walk, stands, sits, fly, fly up, fly down ect. There are a couple of free ones out there, which can be found in my shop, the animation warehouse and nomine.

2. Do you have full permissions for the animation you are trying to add? You can try to drag and drop the animation file in the gesture window, if it will not let you it is because it is not full permission.

Not positive, but the designer seems big, like he knows what he's doing. They're from Phobos Design if anyone is familiar. I got the walk working with an override. But I'm still a bit stuck on the leap one. When I pull up the list of animations it just doesn't appear. Seems pretty useless to me to create a pre-leap animation if it can't be bound to your leap key.

I tried moving it into the gesture area, and into the same container as other animations that show up there (like the ones you get at the beginning), but still won't show up.

there's a difference in animations and gestures. your pre-leap shouldn't appear in the gesture folder in your inventory (nor should your walk), and you don't really want to "bind it to the leap button". in your anim override simmilar to how you put the walk in, there should be a line for the pre-leap. you need to add it to that line in the notecard and reset the override. i'll be on in 3 or 4 hours if you still need help then :p g'luck!

Thanks. I would appreciate that since I'm still getting my feet wet.
