What tools do people use to create animations that work in tandem together for multiple avatars, such as the dancing animations?
I heard that it was possible to use SLAT to do this, but after hours of messing around with it yesterday, I'm no closer to a solution. I'm able to bring up both the red and blue mannequins, however the problem that I seem to have is that the red one is about half the height of the default blue mannequin. I was using the F2 view if that matters. Is there anyway to "zoom" in on a mannequin, or to resize it larger on the screen?
Any advice on this would be helpful, thanks.

I don't know anything about SLAT, but I do know you can do it in Qavimator. That's free tools; Poser can do it too and is much better for animating in SL, but costs money.
As for your reference to dance animations however, you will find that dancing is extremely hard to animate. Animating even a single person dancing is a challenge; add the challenge of synching up multiple people, and you're looking at the most difficult animation task there is.
Not to discourage you from setting challenging goals. Just pointing out that maybe you should shoot for something simpler at first, like static poses or something, until you get more comfortable with the tools.

Well, what I want to make is no where near as complicated as a dance animation, I was just using that as an example of some animations that are multi-user.
I have Qavimator as well, in fact that is the program that I used to create the original pose that I want to animation the other stuff around. Is there a way to add in a second mannequin to the view of Qavimator, to use as a reference while creating another animation?

There is a way, although I don't remember off the top of my head how. I don't use qavimator, I just remember trying that once when I was testing the tool. As I recall it wasn't complicated, just non-obvious, something like a button to import another figure under the File menu.
