If anyone actually uses Blender to do it, could I have a BLEND of the default pose they use or something? That would be awesome.
If you don't want to give away your files or have a quicker way to do it, please reply telling me how.

How can I set up Blender to do animations? I tried what I thought was a good idea and exported a BVH of the model from Poser, then imported to Blender. It was just a bunch of empties. They were aptly named, and in fact I could easily make an armature with their proper names, but I don't want to do that and then not have it work right and have done unnapreciated hard work.

At first, I've not used blender. By chance, I found this thread. This might help you. I hope but not sure.
