Increasing the height of the Mannequin in Animator?

How do I make the mannequin in Animator taller? I have a avatar in SL that is 100 % on height, legs, torso, etc. and the "normal" animations simply don't work for me. I want to develop ones that will but need to understand how I control the size of the animator's mannequin. I am sure it is simple but any help would be appreciated.

Excuse me, but what is Animator? If it were a generic name of the tool to create animation, that should depend on each application, shouldn't it? :confused:
